IF YOU WISH TO ENROL IN A SPANISH FOR FOREIGNERS COURSE PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY

ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES.

The student must fill in the enrolment form and sent a deposit of 162 € for the course, and if accommodation is required, another 162 € should be added to the total enrolment deposit. This amounts will be deducted from the total course and accommodation.

The enrolment form and a photocopy or scan of the bank transfer receipt should be sent to the school at least 3 weeks prior to the beginning of the course many times it is possible to enrol at the last moment as long as the school has time to place the student properly in a group and/or in the accommodation) In any case the student should send by e-mail or normal mail, the enrolment form together with the bank transfer receipt.
Idea Aladino will confirm the course and accommodation , if needed, by sending a registration student number and a receipt stating the quantity received and the remaining amount to be paid on the arrival day.



 

 

 

FOR CERTIFICATES IN CASE A STUDENT VISA IS REQUIRED

If the student needs a Student visa the school can send a certificate stating the course chosen, amount of hours and frequency of course with the school stamp and corresponding signature. The student should send the total amount of the course chosen or 20% of the total course by bank transfer. As soon as the school receives the payment the Certificate will be issued and sent. Once the student Visa is given, the student should pay de rest of the course as soon as possible

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of a course and/or accommodation should be made at least 14 days in advanced prior to the beginning of the course in order to receive back the amount paid only as concept of classes. These classes will be kept for a period of one year under the student's name. If the student abandons the class before finishing the course, he or she will not be entitled to any refund .
Centro de Estudios Idea Aladino recommends students to take out a personal insurance for loss, damage, theft or health related problems, because Centro Idea Aladino will not be responsible for any of these incidents.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

At the moment a student enrols throuh any of our inscription procedures, he or she is accepting all enrolment and deposit conditions as well as all cancellation policies established by Centro de Estudios Idea Aladino.
